Fluoride Pineal Gland THEORY

So.... apparently according to the ancients, the organ which connects you to the higher reality, in which you experience spirituality is the pineal gland.... This gland happens to be the organ that regulates melatonin, thus regulates the times you're up and the times you're asleep...So it appears the ancients knew full well the purpose and power of the pineal gland...Essentially the organ that separates our waking life from our sleeping life...Or our spiritual life( only 1/60th of the soul stays in the body during sleep) from our physical life...Its our umbilical cord to the higher world....This organ is also where we 'visualize' or see things with our 'minds eye' , considered by the ancients the 3rd eye...

Now the weird thing is apparently fluoride(which happens to be put in our water) actually builds up in the pineal gland....Causing a possible divorce or limited response on the pineals glands part in receiving spiritual signals from its source, or the individuals ability to experience any spiritual connection..

Thought that was strange....fluoride actually building up in the pineal gland(go look it up if you think I'm bullshiting) this generations rise in atheism, agnosticism, apathy, etc....There must definitely be some correlation between these two.....Its not simply the indolence of many of these people, but an actual inability to perceive such things...due to the pineal gland being swamped with a chemical that interferes with a spiritual resonance

If i were to guess id say thats the point...abrogating ties between the physical/spiritual worlds....Creating a divorce between body and spirit...Seems like an easy way to control a populace....Create the world you want...Seems like were living in the modern of era of the tower of babel....Everyones coming close to speaking one language, we live in an age of moral blasphemy, sexual impurity, an impudence to spirituality ....and all this essentially serves the goals of the elite...to be our 'gods'...to fashion the world in 'their' image.

......
Does the pineal gland regulate sleep/wake? yes
Does the pineal gland visualize? yes
Does fluoride build up in the pineal gland? yes.

Given what we know scientifically to the functions of the pineal gland, the ostensible creating capacity of it, being the organ that projects images in our minds....The ancients knew THEN what we know now...The pineal gland does all these things.....If your spiritual resonance came through this highest organ, the 7th/crown chakra...and if you blocked any mental response from this higher reality using a chemical like fluoride, than that obviously tells me that thats one of the main functions of spiking our water supplies with this utterly unnecessary chemical( breast milk has 10 orders of magnitude less fluoride than what they put in our water supplies - so if nature doesn't give us fluoride, why the $#@* do they put in our water/ baby formulas in such high quantities??....

Its because they want us this way....your whole spiritual/psychic sense of reality is blocked by this chemical...turns you into a veritable machine, not asking any questions or even bother wondering.....Sorta explains why todays society is as it is, and all past societies were so radically different.

and than theres the apathy, slightly lowered IQ, cancers , bone diseases etc dangers of fluoride.

Man sees Matrix after brain injury

Well this has got to be one of the most interesting videos I've seen so far. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but as it turns out, this is a 2 hour 48 min vid that explains advanced ET technology, the awakening, and the future of humanity and the planet, and every other pertinent thing. I usually don't post videos that are longer than 10 minutes (cause my attention span can barely take anything longer), but this one is worth every second, especially the end .

http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/7210990

The guy's name is Core, he was in a bad car accident when he was 10 years old. His severe brain trauma left him in a serious condition, with no long term memory, and frequent episodes of shock which caused him to have what he calls Near Death Experiences, Out of Body Experiences, paralysis, etc. He had over 300 OBEs in the years that followed the accident, with quite incredible spiritual implications.

The first significant one he mentions involved a breakthrough experience, when he went out of body and could see his physical body cowering in a corner of the bedroom. He saw that the air was full of rainbows and sacred geometry, the walls and the floor were alive, and he saw a grid of connection of everything to each other, everything communicating with each other through this etheric grid. In these states he met ETs who would help him and explain things to him, including how to use advanced technology to recode his body's computer so he could get his memory abilities back.

He saw many cataclysmic events like they were future earth events, and even experienced them for himself, with the worst possible scenarios imaginable being the state of future earth. He was told that it was up to him to make sure that these things didn't happen. After many experiences in the other dimensions, seeing other civilizations and future earth scenarios, he found out that his friend was experiencing the same kind of messages, except as a result of hallucinogenics rather than a brain injury. The friend was also told that he was "the one" who had to save humanity. Core concluded that this same "the one" mentality is conveyed to many people who experience higher dimensions, and they think it means them personally, but it means every human really. He goes into detail about DMT, and hallucinogenics opening us up to higher dimensions, and the fact that we can control our own DMT releases at will to induce spiritual experiences.

He stayed in school in an attempt to keep up appearances, but dropped out at the 9th grade, because since he was learning from ETs how to create portals in time/space and other technologies, school on earth seemed pretty dumb . He talks about[b] time travel, gatekeepers, life in other dimensions, healing technologies, sacred geometry.[b/] He even goes into detail about the illuminati (like you've probably never heard it before), why they are the way they are, how they are ultimately failing. He also goes into detail about the waves of children being born on the earth: the indigos, rainbows, crystals, guardians, what differentiates them from each other, and why they are here. "2012" is going to be used as a scapegoat for HAARP inducing natural disasters on the earth during that time. HAARP technology actually has the ability to feed every person on earth through the air, through vibration, so that none would go hungry, but because the technologes are in the wrong hands, they are used against us. Same with advanced technologies of sacred geometry, mathematics, etc.

There are two more major revelations he explains in this vid, including detailed info on pineal and hypothalamus glands, and detail on a dimensional jump that the earth has been through in May of this year. He also talks about anti aging technologies, how to rewrite our own coding with our fingers and brainwaves, our eyes are a black hole, our brains a point of singularity, DMT, microchips....

All in all, some great stuff about everything pertaining to our reality and spirituality. At the end of the video (around 2:17:00) he begins an energy activation for everyone watching. Which includes looking at an advanced tech mandala (?) that he designed, breathing in a certain series to indicate to your brain that you are about to rewrite info, shaping your hands a certain way, visulization etc.

The thing that got to me was that a lot of this information has been mentioned to some extent by other sources. I have been looking into these things for a long time now and have come across some of this information in my research but not to this extent. So if all his knowledge came from his experiences from this accident, this is truly something remarkable. Otherwise, the only way to acquire all that knowledge would have been many years of research. What he is saying is not something that he just made up himself, what he has been saying has been said by many others.
A lot of people might just think he's crazy but as I said I find it interesting...

My Current Routine Continued

I decided to try a 5 day split which went like.

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms

The first few weeks this was great I had enough energy to complete my workout without any problems. I also noticed I broke through a Plateau for my bench and dead lift. I was one of those guys who hated working out legs, because the first time I did a leg workout I had trouble walking for a whole week. I laugh about that now. I did a 5 day split for around a year and saw some great gains. While looking through forums I came across a few articles which I have posted below which made me think again about doing a 5 day split. The first is an article by Casey Butt called

The Rules of Productive Weight Training
for The Drug-Free Trainee

http://www.weightrainer.net/training/rules.html

It is a long read but definitely worth it in my opinion. The thing that struck me the most in this article was.

Rule #4: Don't Train More Often Than Three Days Per Week (Four Under Certain Circumstances) If You're Trying to Build Maximum Muscle Mass and Strength

This rule often comes as a big shock for people so I'm going to try and be as clear as possible. I am not saying that no one, at no time, should ever train more than three or maybe four times per week. What I am saying is that to build maximum muscle mass that's all that's needed and is, by far, the best approach for most genetically typical drug-free trainees trying to get bigger and stronger.
"But Jay Cutler trains six times", I can hear you saying - go back and read Rule #1 again. Unless you are very genetically gifted, you do not have the hormone levels or joint structures to train that often and make maximum progress in size and strength. It's true that some advanced drug-free athletes can train 5-6 times per week, and those types of routines can have their place, but they are only for very specific purposes (such as contest preparation or for the sake of variety) and are generally NOT appropriate for typical drug-free trainees trying to increase their basic muscle mass. Personally, as I look back on my bodybuilding "career", I realize that the times I made my best mass gains were when I was working out no more than three times per week most of the time. Generally, drug-free strength athletes make the fastest gains when they spend more days out of the gym than in. Don't believe me? Hey, it's your life, do what you want - but if you don't listen to this you'll regret it. I've been there.

At first I was sceptical because I had heard all over forums and from people that 5 day splits were the best. I had also made good gains from doing a 5 day split. I had noticed a few problems with my split sometimes I was still sore from the day before and couldn't lift as much as I wanted. I knew I wasn't the most genetically gifted person. I had always kept this article in mind. The other article I came across was by Bill Starr called "Bigger Arms". I have posted the link below

Bigger Arms by Bill Starr

This was a 3 day full body workout split. As I was getting very busy with school going to the gym 5 days a week became very hard so I had decided I would try this 3 day split.

My routine looked like this

Monday

full squats, 5 x 5
clean-grip high pulls, 5 x 5
bench presses, 3 x 5, 3 x 3, 1 X 8
chins, 4 x max
incline dumbbell bench presses, 2 x 20.
Wednesday

incline bench presses, 5 x 5, 1 x 8
light squats, 5 x 4
Bent Over Rows, 4 x 8 ( Some days switch to Deadlift)
straight-arm pullovers, 2 x 20
weighted dips, 4 x 8.

Friday

full squats, 3 x 5, 2 x 3, 1 X 8
flat benches, 4 x 8
shrugs, 5 x 5
straight-arm pullovers, 2 x 20
chins, 4 x Max
Dips 3 x Max

Although this routine doesn't look like much it takes a lot of work. Something I noticed from doing this routine was I had a lot more energy than from the 5 day split. I also got a full day of recovery after each workout throughout the weekdays which gave me a lot more free time.
A few weeks into this routine my lifts were going up every single week especially my squat which was awesome. I was pretty amazed I had made a lot of progress in just a month from doing this routine I could tell from looking in the mirror I had grown a lot more than I did from doing a 5 day split. I guess doing a 5 day split never gave my body the time needed to fully grow. I'm currently still doing a 3 day split and will continue for a while.

My Current Routine

So I've had a few people asking me what routine has worked best for me for gaining muscle and strength.
Before I start I will talk about some of my past routines.
When I first started going to the gym which was around 2 years ago I weighted 108lbs and had never lifted a weight in my life. I was very skinny but at the same time I grew up getting into a lot of fights so I wasn't too weak. I started on a 3 day routine which looked like.

Monday: Chest and Triceps
Wednesday: Back and Biceps
Friday: Legs and Shoulders

As a beginner I didn't know much about the exercises and diet but I knew I had to eat a lot more. I saw great gains (noob gains) but I started noticing problems while doing this routine. After doing a big workout on my chest I didn't have much energy to work my triceps which prevented me from lifting heavier weights. This resulted in lower strength and mass gains. This was the same for back and biceps. I would usually do a few sets on biceps and call it a day. This became a big problem for me because i noticed my chest and back grew the fastest for me, whereas my arms lagged behind.

I knew I had to change something about my routine and swapping the order I did my body parts was a no go. I decided to do a lot more research about training and looking up many different routines.

Stay tuned..

A very interesting video

So as you know I'm into meditation. There are many different types of meditation but most focus on the same thing which is awakening the Pineal Gland (Third eye). The Pineal gland is a small endocrine gland in the brain.

John Chang has been doing meditation for most of his life. I've seen a lot of people say it's all tricks. I was also a bit sceptical until I started doing meditation myself. I follow Qi-Gong it is a very ancient type of meditation which dates back thousands of years. When I have done these exercises I feel in touch with my spiritual self, I feel tingly sensations in my body and see many different visions in my head.

I have uploaded an E-book which I follow. It is important to read though it first.

http://www25.zippyshare.com/v/58691651/file.html

I also believe meditation can have a huge effect in bodybuilding. It takes away stress and you have a much better mind-muscle connection.

Lucid Dreaming

What is Lucid Dreaming you might be asking?

The simplest
definition of Lucid Dreaming is realizing that you are dreaming while in a dream.
from which point and with enough practice you can take control of the dream world and do just about anything you can imagine. For instance flying!

I will share a guide I have found during my research into Lucid dreaming. Remember this takes practise and wont happen overnight!

Step 1. -Dream Recall- (ability to remember dreams)

I don't know how many people I have heard say "I never have dreams" when in reality they just aren't remembering them. each and everyone of us has several dreams every night, whether we remember them all or not can be up to you. we do most of our dreaming in the REM period of sleep, 90 minute cycles in which breathing becomes more rapid, irregular and shallow, eyes jerk rapidly and limb muscles are temporarily paralyzed (sleep paralysis). Brain waves during this stage increase to levels experienced when a person is awake.
Most people experience three to five intervals of REM sleep each night.

You're going to need to start a dream journal. Why you ask? this is one of the first steps to be able to remember your dreams. For instance ever wake up from a dream and then 1 hour later you've completely forgot what happened in your dream? Whenever you wake up from a dream try hard to remember what happened. You should write it down whether it's on a notepad or even your phone.

once you get in the habit of doing this you will start having more and more dreams every night. the key to all this is immediately when you notice that you are awake to try and remember your dream, most people when they wake up either roll over and go back to sleep, or start thinking about the day ahead or other things and this disrupts your memory of any dream and basically erases it from your mind. once you get good at this you should be remembering as many as 4 dreams a night. there have been nights where I've actually recalled 8 dreams

Step 2. -Reality checks

one of the most important steps to lucid dreaming is to start asking your self several times daily "am i dreaming?" really take it seriously, deeply question reality,
then just look around and pay close attention to everything you see, hear, and feel. this really helps with awareness, which is key for having a lucid dream. this is very important
and is probably one of the main reasons a majority of people never have lucid dreamers, there always on auto pilot, never really stopping to question this reality or what exactly is going on at that point in time and if its normal. this type of behavior carries over into dreams and is why you never realize that you are dreaming. you've learned to just except everything in your waking life and it reflects in your dreams and you just except everything even though some of the weirdest things can happen in dreams. How can you be aware that you're dreaming, if you're never aware that you're awake?

there are many other reality checks you can do to check if you are dreaming
-looking at your hands- for some reason in dreams your hands always look really weird of have extra fingers
-plugging your nose and trying to breath- in reality when you do this you obviously cannot breath, but if you did it in a dream you would still be able to breath ,
because it is your dream hands that are plugging your dream nose, there is no real physical contact therefor you can still breath and you would know that you are dreaming.
-looking at clocks or words twice- these things are very unstable in the dream world cause they are not bound by the same laws as in the real world,
so in the dream world when you look at a clock or words, look away, and then look back most of the time the words or time on the clock have complete changed
-try jumping- in a dream you might notice that you slowly fall back down to the ground or don't even come down at all
-light switches- for some reason you cannot change light levels in a dream, so if you see a switch, try to turn the lights on or off, in a dream nothing will happen
-memory- try and remember how you got to the exact place you are right now, if you cant remember, you are most likely dreaming
-electronics- your phone or watch will almost never work correctly in a dream

plugging your nose is my personal favorite which i use all the time, its quick and nobody knows what your doing

Step 3 -Dream Stabilization- (making lucid dream last longer)

When you find yourself in a lucid dream it is natural to be overcome with feelings of elation and excitement, yet if you do not follow a few simple steps, that lucid dream will disappear as quickly as it came. So, what is Dream Stabilization anyway? Well, as the name implies, it is attempting to stabilize the lucid dream. You should utilize Dream Stabilization
techniques immediately after finding yourself in a lucid dream.

right when you realize you are dreaming you should Stop. Relax. Focus. When you have a
grounded, confident, focused frame of mind, it allows you to have a more stable base to
start your lucid dream. This will also result in more dream control and more clarity.

the next step in dream stabilization is stopping yourself from waking up. if at any point you start to notice the dream is fading there are a couple things you can do.

Spinning- if you just start spinning around in circles, it will bring clarity back to the dream and make everything a lot more vivid. sometimes when your done spinning you can even end up in an entirely different environment.

Step 4 -Dream Control-

dream control is probably the coolest part of lucid dreaming next to actually realizing your dreaming. if you want to do anything in a dream you have to know and believe with all you might that what you are about to do will happen. you have to realize that the rules of the real world don't apply, like Morpheus said to Neo in the matrix "free you mind" basically in order for Neo to bend reality and make the jump, he had to believe and know that he could make the jump. in the dream world there is no physics or gravity. anything is possible.

Don't try to fly, know you can fly. the only thing holding you down is your previous assumption of gravity. except the fact that gravity does not exist, and take off.

one good way to get what you want in a lucid dream is thought the power of expectation. say you want to have sex with a celebrity, for example if you were in a house in your dream and you were lucid you could imagine that this particular celebrity was in the next room. using all your knowledge, expect that she will be in the next room like its a fact. then open the door walk in the room and there she is. or say you wanted a particular object like a gun, believe that the gun is in your pocket and reach in your pocket and pull it out. what I've found is its a lot harder to make objects appear out of thin air, that's why i use this technique

and that's pretty much it. if you have any questions or didn't understand any of this message me or comment and i will help

Happy Dreaming.

Ok so i'm new here
